Where it’s made: Made in Japan using vintage hanging (loopwheel) knitting machines
What it’s made from: 100% cotton loopwheel fleece, indigo dyed
Fit description: Short, boxy vintage fit with dropped shoulders – runs small
The Loop Wheel Sweatshirt Indigo Dye from Dubbleworks is built on the same 1950s-era hanging knitting machines, producing a soft, airy fleece with excellent shape retention and comfort. The slow, low-tension loopwheel process allows the yarn to retain its natural character, resulting in a fluffy hand feel and long-lasting durability.
Dyed with indigo, the sweatshirt has a deep, rich blue tone that will gradually fade with wear and washing, developing unique character over time. The seamless round body construction (no side seams), combined with traditional flat-seam stitching, ensures a relaxed, irritation-free fit.
Finished with a short, boxy silhouette and dropped shoulders, this is a true piece of vintage-inspired sportswear with ageing potential built in. Runs small — we recommend sizing up.
Olof is 185 cm / 80 kg and wears size XL.
