Since 2017, we have had the pleasure of working closely with tailor William Baxter, whose workshop is located alongside Göteborg Manufaktur at Tredje Långgatan 3 in Gothenburg. Together we share a passion for craftsmanship, longevity, and garments that are made to be worn for many years.

William founded William Baxter Bespoke in 2016 after training under renowned London tailor Timothy Everest, where he developed a strong foundation in classic tailoring. Today, William works from his studio in our shared space, offering bespoke trousers and made-to-measure garments, combining traditional hand-sewn techniques with carefully considered modern design.

Bespoke Tailoring

Bespoke garments are created entirely from scratch. Your garment begins with a consultation where cloth, style, and purpose are discussed. From detailed measurements, a unique paper pattern is drafted specifically for you. The garment is then cut, assembled, and refined through a series of fittings to achieve the right balance, comfort, and silhouette.

In true English tailoring tradition, William offers bespoke trousers only — a specialised craft and the foundation of his training. The result is a garment designed to move naturally with your body and improve with years of wear.

Made-to-Measure

Made-to-measure offers a practical approach to personalised tailoring. Starting from a carefully balanced base pattern, garments are adjusted to your measurements and preferences. Clients can choose from a vast range of cloth from some of the world’s finest mills, with options spanning everything from classic worsteds and flannels to tweeds, linens, cottons, and seasonal cloths.

The programme includes suits, jackets, trousers, shirts, shackets, overcoats, and jeans, suitable for both professional and everyday wear. Construction, lining, fit, and finishing details can all be configured to create a garment that feels personal without compromising balance or wearability.
