Repairs & Hemmings

We offer free repairs on all denim purchased in store – a service we've proudly provided since 2014. Each mend is done with care and experience, resulting in quality repairs that let your jeans live on for years to come.

Simply swing by the shop or contact us to arrange shipping. Please note: our repair service is reserved for garments bought at Göteborg Manufaktur.

We also provide free hemming on all jeans bought from us. Each pair is shortened on our Union Special 43200G chainstitch machine – affectionately known as “the Bulldog” – the same model used on vintage denim for that original finish.

Because we want to get it right the first time, we’ll always double-check your measurements before cutting. Once hemmed, jeans cannot be returned.

If you’d like to shorten a pair not bought here, we’re happy to help – as long as they’re made from 100% cotton denim. The cost for external chainstitch hemming is 250 SEK.
