Payment and Prices

We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. The total cost of your order is calculated at checkout, including any charges for shipping, payment, and VAT.

We offer the following payment methods:

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping within Sweden
A shipping fee of 75 SEK will be added to your order. Orders are usually shipped with DHL and delivered within 2–4 days. Tracking is always provided in your confirmation email.

Shipping within Europe
A shipping fee of 150 SEK will be added to your order. Orders are usually shipped with DHL, UPS or PostNord and delivered within 2–4 days. Tracking is always provided in your confirmation email.

Shipping to the rest of the world
A shipping fee of 350 SEK will be added to your order. Orders are usually shipped with DHL, UPS or PostNord and delivered within 2–6 days, depending on courier and destination. Tracking is always provided in your confirmation email.

Store Pickup
We offer store pickup if you live in Sweden and would like to reserve a purchase for up to one week. For longer reservations, please contact us. If you are visiting from abroad and would like to reserve items, please get in touch.

Conditions for delivery are stated in the checkout under each delivery method. If a delay occurs, we will notify you by email. You always have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of delivery delays.

We will do everything we can to complete your order. However, there may be circumstances beyond our control, such as supplier or shipping issues. We reserve the right to cancel orders in such cases.

Returns

To do a Return or an Exchange, please follow this link! 

Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed the order incorrectly.

Returns should be sent as letters or parcels, not against postal deposit. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the new shipping from us to you. Please contact us by email if you would like to arrange an exchange.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of purchase.

When the item is returned in agreed condition, complete with labels and in its original condition, a refund will be issued within 30 days of us receiving the goods. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
