The IHSH-435-BLU from Iron Heart is a quintessential ultra-heavy flannel—rugged, warm, and exceptionally wearable. Woven in Japan from 12oz Aspero cotton sourced in the foothills of the Andes, the fabric is single-brushed on the outside and double-brushed on the inside, giving it a soft feel without losing structure. Reactive-dyed warp and weft yarns ensure long-lasting colour, offering a subtly muted blue American check that recalls the look of well-worn vintage flannel.

Cut in Iron Heart’s traditional work shirt silhouette, it features classic patch pockets with button closures, tonal stitching, black four-hole buttons, a straight back yoke, and robust single- and double-needle construction. Felled seams, side gussets with chainstitch runoff, and yellow bobbin thread round off the details.

One-washed for comfort, it may shrink up to half a size with hot washing or tumble drying. A dependable cold-season staple built to last a lifetime.
