Where it’s made: Made in Japan
What it’s made from: 100% cotton dobby fabric with woven texture
Fit description: Regular fit with vintage western proportions
The “Raging Horse” Geronimo Shirt – Midnight Black from Black Sign is inspired by 1930s western-style pullover shirts, reworked into a full-open western shirt while retaining the elegant detailing and proportions of the originals.
The shirt is filled with carefully considered details, including extremely fine double welt “banana” pockets and a sharply designed double-pointed western yoke, shaped to visually anchor the deep bartack reinforcements. Finished with genuine horn buttons, the construction reflects Black Sign’s precise approach to vintage-inspired tailoring.
The fabric is a textured 100% cotton dobby weave, featuring an expressive horse motif highlighted with gold detailing. In Japanese symbolism, horses are associated with good fortune, success, and prosperity, while the dynamic running horse pattern is believed to invite luck and positive energy.
The woven base fabric adds subtle depth and texture, while the dry touch and moderate crispness make it particularly suitable for spring and summer wear.
Jonas is 183 cm / 75 kg and wears size 42.
