The Heimat U Boat Roll Neck Sweater takes inspiration from traditional naval knitwear, particularly the heavy wool jumpers worn by submariners and sailors during the Second World War. Knitted in Germany from approximately one kilogram of virgin wool, the substantial 5-gauge construction provides exceptional warmth and a distinctive, chunky texture. The Seashell colour is a natural, warm off-white.

The wool retains much of its natural oils, giving the jumper water-resistant and self-cleaning properties. The dense knit helps retain warmth while remaining naturally breathable, making it particularly suitable for colder weather.

The U Boat features a substantial roll neck that provides extra warmth and protection around the neck. The sleeves and collar are attached by hand, while Heimat's signature knitted stripes at the cuffs and hem add a subtle finishing detail. The double-roll cuffs can be adjusted to suit the preferred sleeve length.

The fit is relatively snug when new, but the wool gradually relaxes and adapts to the wearer with use.
