The Indigofera Wendell STPF Waxed Canvas Pants are inspired by traditional American work trousers, made from a substantial 10 oz cotton canvas with a paraffin wax coating. The Brown fabric has a slightly stiff, textured feel when new, gradually softening and developing distinctive creases and a worn-in patina with use.

The Wendell features a meidum to high rise, room through the thighs and a straight leg. The classic double-knee construction provides extra reinforcement, while riveted stress points, square back pockets, an additional tool pocket and a button fly complete the traditional workwear design.

The waxed finish provides a degree of water resistance and makes the fabric particularly interesting as it ages. Since the canvas is unsanforized, some shrinkage can occur even through body heat. We recommend choosing a comfortable, slightly relaxed fit. Rather than washing, simply wipe away dirt with a damp cloth and reapply wax when needed.
