The Iron Heart IHSW-82L-BLK Ultra Heavyweight Loopwheel Zip Up Hoodie is made from the brand's signature 14 oz cotton fleece, knitted on traditional loopwheel machines in Wakayama, Japan. The slow, low-tension knitting process produces a remarkably dense yet soft fabric, offering excellent warmth and comfort while maintaining the durability Iron Heart is known for.

The heavyweight fleece has a soft, brushed interior and a substantial feel, making this considerably warmer than an ordinary cotton hoodie. Both the warp and weft yarns are reactive dyed to produce a deep Black colour with excellent colour retention.

Construction details include four-needle flatlock stitching using vintage Union Special sewing machines, a two-way Universal zipper with a leather pull, two handwarmer pockets and an adjustable drawstring hood. Ribbed cuffs and hem provide a comfortable fit, while a small tonal Iron Heart print at the cuff adds a subtle finishing detail.

The hoodie has been one-washed to remove virtually all potential shrinkage, so no significant further shrinkage is expected when washed according to the care instructions.
