The Iron Heart IHSH-448-IND Recycled Cotton Denim Western Shirt offers a lighter and softer alternative to the brand's traditional denim shirts. Made from 7 oz Japanese denim, the fabric is woven entirely from recycled cotton, using offcuts and textile waste collected from the Japanese garment industry. The cotton is shredded and re-spun into fine yarns, creating a particularly soft and comfortable fabric with a distinctive neppy texture.

The denim features a rope-dyed indigo warp and white weft, giving it a classic blue appearance that will gradually fade with wear and washing. Despite its relatively light weight, the fabric retains the characteristic texture of traditional denim, making the shirt comfortable to wear throughout the year.

The design follows Iron Heart's classic Western shirt construction, with pointed front and back yokes, two chest pockets with buttoned flaps and heavy-duty branded pearl snap fastenings. Additional details include reinforced stitching, felled internal seams and a curved hem.

The shirt has been one-washed to remove virtually all shrinkage, giving it a soft, comfortable feel from the start.
