The Iron Heart IHSH-452-CAM Ultra Heavy Flannel Work Overshirt is made from the brand's signature 12 oz Japanese flannel, woven from Aspero cotton sourced from the foothills of the Andes. The fabric is brushed once on the outside and twice on the inside, creating an exceptionally soft surface while retaining the substantial weight and warmth that Iron Heart's ultra-heavy flannels are known for.

New for Autumn/Winter 2026, this is Iron Heart's first solid-coloured overdyed ultra-heavy flannel. The fabric is initially woven using reactive-dyed yarns before the completed shirt is overdyed in the same Camel shade. This process deepens the warm brown colour, emphasises the twill texture and gives the already soft flannel an even more comfortable feel.

Unlike Iron Heart's traditional work shirts, this version is designed specifically as an overshirt, with a roomier silhouette, straight hem and split side-seam gussets. Details include two buttoned chest pockets, one with a pen holder, tonal four-hole buttons and reinforced stitching throughout.

The shirt has been one-washed and overdyed, removing virtually all potential shrinkage. Wear your usual size for a relaxed, layered fit or size down for a closer silhouette.
