The Key Chain Twist Rolling Ring Custom from Kobashi Studio showcases exceptional Japanese metal craftsmanship and thoughtful design. Each piece is handmade from 5 mm solid brass rods, shaped and engraved with Kobashi in Japanese characters.

Featuring a vintage-inspired twist chain, double rings, and a sand-cast rolling ring, this design prevents twisting while adding a refined, tactile detail. The 43 cm chain is woven by a master operator on a 50-year-old chain-making machine and barrel-polished in Saitama to achieve Kobashi’s signature warm brass tone.

The rings are produced by a hardware maker established in the early 1900s, and the angled hooks are crafted for a comfortable, body-hugging fit. Every component reflects precision and enduring quality.

Presented in a wax paper envelope, this piece combines practical utility with timeless character — built to age beautifully with daily use.
