The Omoto Denim 0411 Straight Fit is made in Japan from a 15.5 oz slub-nep selvedge denim that’s been one-washed, keeping the natural character of unsanforized fabric while making the fit easier to wear from day one. The silhouette is a regular straight with a slightly deep rise, comfortable thigh, and a gentle taper toward the hem—designed with inspiration from tailor-made trousers and shaped around the structure of the human body for both comfort and a clean, refined look.

The fabric is woven on vintage Toyoda shuttle looms at extremely low tension, using long-slub warp yarns together with nep-filled weft yarns. This combination creates a rugged, irregular texture that develops striking vertical fades over time. Dyed with 100% pure indigo through traditional rope-dyeing methods, the yarns have a deep blue exterior while the cotton cores remain white, ensuring dramatic, high-contrast aging as the jeans are worn and washed.
