The 710 Jeans One Wash are the signature model from Resolute, designed by Yoshiyuki Hayashi and heavily inspired by the Levi’s 501 “66 Model” of the late 1960s and 1970s. Resolute developed both the denim and pattern to recreate the fine, natural fading of jeans from this period while giving the 710 its own distinctive silhouette. The entire production process, from dyeing and weaving to sewing and finishing, takes place in Japan. 

The 14 oz denim has been developed specifically for Resolute and is woven in Ibara, Okayama on old power looms. The one-wash treatment takes out the initial shrinkage and gives the denim a comfortable feel from the start while retaining plenty of texture and ageing potential.

The 710 has a mid rise, comfortable but relatively neat top block and a straight leg with a gentle taper. One of the defining features of the model is the enormous choice of waist and length combinations – Resolute produces the 710 in 87 different sizes, allowing the jeans to be worn at their intended length without hemming and altering the proportions of the leg. 

Please note: Resolute's tagged length does not correspond directly to the actual inseam in inches. A tagged 34 length should therefore not be assumed to measure 34 inches. Please refer to our actual measurements below when choosing your length.
