This work shirt is crafted from a unique 10oz Samurai Cotton selvedge denim, made using the same yarn spinning method as Samurai’s famous 17oz "Zero Denim" fabric. The cotton is spun into thick, strongly twisted #10 slub yarns, rich with natural fibres and speckled texture, retaining the raw character of the cotton with nep and visible seeds.

Woven slowly on vintage shuttle looms, the result is a denim fabric with bold irregularity and rugged personality. The selvedge line is naturally dyed in earthy brown tones, inspired by Japanese cotton fields where Samurai grow their own cotton. Designed with durable triple-stitched felled seams, nut buttons, and a reinforced construction, this shirt is built to withstand years of wear.
