The cotton is grown in Sasayama, Hyogo, without fertilizers or pesticides, and is hand-picked piece by piece — a time-consuming process that results in exceptional quality and character.

Using their proprietary cotton, Samurai spins a #10 slub yarn and weaves the fabric in Wakayama, giving the polo a rich texture and depth rarely seen in knitwear. The construction is then completed in a small workshop in Kyoto, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship throughout.
