TCB’s 30’s Jeans are a love letter to pre-war American denim. Based on 1930s Levi’s patterns, these jeans feature a classic straight leg and a mid-rise waist, offering a clean, unmodernised silhouette that feels timeless. Key period-correct details include exposed rivets and a cinch-back buckle for waist adjustment—features once essential before the invention of belt loops. Unlike TCB's 20's model, these jeans have no suspender buttons and no exposed rivets on the back pockets.

The fabric is a 14oz Japanese selvedge denim woven from American cotton, specially developed to mimic the uneven texture and slub of early 20th-century denim. Woven at low tension on vintage shuttle looms, the denim has been rinsed once to reduce shrinkage while maintaining its raw, dry feel.

TCB Jeans (Two Cats Brand) is based in Kojima, Okayama—the denim capital of Japan. Every pair is cut and sewn in-house by a small team using vintage sewing machines, ensuring the kind of craftsmanship and authenticity that mass production simply can’t replicate.
