These vintage-inspired deck trousers from TCB Jeans are carefully crafted based on original 1940s deck pants owned by the brand. Proudly designed and made in Kojima, Japan, these trousers reflect the authentic craftsmanship of TCB crews, blending vintage detailing with modern wearability.

The 10 oz 100% cotton neppy denim fabric is woven using vintage looms, resulting in a slubby surface with a unique texture. The warp yarns are pre-dyed grey, creating a fascinating fade effect as the fabric ages. Although the fabric roll is selvedge, TCB has chosen to stay true to the original design by not highlighting the selvedge edges.

Key details include belt loops tucked into the waist belt, adding durability, and double-stitched front pockets designed to withstand heavy-duty use. The trousers are also finished with handworked stencils above the right back pocket, adding a touch of craftsmanship. The custom change buttons, made from urea resin, will age beautifully along with the trousers.
