Where it’s made: Made in Japan
What it’s made from: 50% cotton, 50% linen, selvedge checked fabric
Fit description: Regular fit with a comfortable, slightly relaxed silhouette
The Warehouse & Co. Lot 3055 Long Sleeve Checked Work Shirt takes inspiration from American work shirts of the 1950s, particularly those produced under Sears' legendary Hercules label. Pattern B features a large blue check, combining the relaxed appearance of vintage sportswear with the more substantial construction of traditional workwear.
The fabric is woven in Japan from an equal blend of cotton and linen, using traditional shuttle looms to create a distinctive selvedge check. The cotton provides softness, while the linen adds a slightly crisp, textured feel. Despite its substantial construction, the fabric remains breathable and comfortable, making the shirt particularly suitable for warmer weather.
The design features two buttoned chest pockets, a classic collar and adjustable buttoned cuffs. The regular fit provides comfortable room through the body, while the cotton-linen fabric gradually softens with wear and washing.
Please note: The shirt is supplied unwashed and will shrink after its first wash. Warehouse estimates approximately 2–3 cm shrinkage in body length, shoulders and chest, and 1–2 cm in sleeve length.
Jonas is 183 cm / 75 kg and wears size 40.
