The Athletic Champs Bandana from Kobashi Studio and Göteborg Manufaktur is made to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. A cotton bandana has always been one of our favourite everyday accessories — simple, practical, and something we use on a daily basis — so it felt like the right piece to create for this occasion.

Produced in Japan by a Tokyo scarf maker established in 1918, the bandana is silk screen printed using a two-colour design, with dye fully soaked through to the reverse side for a rich and proper finish. The artwork features the back-to-back tigers from the Athletic Champs anniversary theme, reimagined by our dear friend Mikael Forsström. Floral elements from our logo are worked into the design together with 10 stars, one for each year.

Finished with a striped border that makes it especially beautiful to roll and wear, this is a practical everyday piece with strong character and a lot of meaning behind it.
